We had met rather casually at a gathering in the diocesan town. Two young students involved in church youth work told me about all the activities they were responsible for. When I asked them, "What would you write on a small piece of paper in answer to the question “Who is God for me?”, they looked at me with wide eyes. ‘Wow, it's not so easy to find an answer, but for me, God is somehow very, very close and yet far away because He is incomprehensible.’ Our exchange became more and more lively. When they asked me about my work, I told them about the logbooks we had developed for young people to empower them for their lives. I promised to send them a copy of the books. The next day, I read in their message: "We were very happy to meet you and learned a lot from our conversation. I would like to take this opportunity to say once again how important your work is and how much heart and soul you put into it. Thank you for your commitment. We are looking forward to receiving the logbooks and are very excited. The concepts of navi4life are really perfect for our confirmation preparation." – At that moment, I felt embraced by God!
