For over 20 years, every morning I have been posting a short, memorable motto in German and English on the daily Gospel in the go4peace app. I know many young adults from all over Europe who live by this inspiration. A few days ago, I received a message: "Dear Meinolf! Today's motto from the app reached me on my watch at a moment when I wasn't sure how to help myself. A vibration on my wrist, a quick check to see who might have written to me, and there it was on my watch: “Stay with Jesus! ” That was the encouragement I needed today. Not to let myself be carried away by confusing, frightening thoughts. Instead, focus on Jesus. Stay with HIM! And then feel how He stays with me too. Often, the motto of the day passes me by; I see it briefly on my mobile phone, sometimes it speaks to me, sometimes less so. But today it was as if God had thought: she needs this encouragement today! The app's function of providing daily encouragement is wonderful!"
