Due to a cancelled train and all sorts of delays, I didn't arrive at 8:44 p.m. as planned, but at 11:28 p.m. In the meantime, I had sent my brothers my current arrival time via WhatsApp, because one of them wanted to pick me up at the station. When I finally arrived, tired, no one was there. I was disappointed, made a phone call and heard that someone was on the way. I was tempted to vent my anger (about having to wait in the cold), but then I thought of the biblical saying, ‘Blessed are the peacemakers!’ That would not be peacemaking!
