Decision

Thirty pupils were expected to attend, but only five turned up. A small accident, a damaged tram, miscommunication within the school, unexpected exams – there were many factors that came together. “Decide to be happy!” was the module we had offered the young people. When I felt a glimmer of disappointment in my heart due to the small numbers, I decided to be there for the five young people with all my strength, attention and love. It turned out to be a brilliant afternoon, and in the evening we read in the feedback: “It was brilliant! Please keep it up!” – “Today was very helpful for me. I particularly enjoyed the honest exchange amongst us.” – “Above all, the question: ‘How much certainty do I need to make a decision?’ really stayed with me.” Later that evening, I read another message: “Today’s program was great and inspiring. The rest of my day was spent reflecting once more on all the points raised in the discussion and finding my answer to them. I am very grateful for this opportunity!”
