Gratitude

I set off early for a Pentecost meeting. I was invited to share colourful experiences on the topic of ‘closeness’. I had prepared a PowerPoint presentation for this. The shared 90 minutes went very well and we had a very fruitful exchange. The afternoon meeting with a larger group of young people was also very inspiring. Real life was shared and the topic of the ‘Holy Spirit’ suddenly became less of a topic and much more of a reality. Two days later, I was able to read a message from a young person. "Thank you so much for your contributions on Saturday. I really enjoy listening to you. You are so enthusiastic about what you are doing that I didn't want you to stop. You totally inspire me and thank you again for that!" Moved and full of gratitude, I returned this thanks to God.
