We took part in a peace workshop with a lively go4peace group at an altar servers' day. We offered the kids, teenagers and young people the opportunity to talk about peace and create small peace reminders with the words ‘Peace on earth!’ in four languages. A little boy came, sat down at our table and began to make his peace stele. After he had put ‘Peace on Earth!’ in German and English, he thought about which other languages he wanted to choose. He asked me about the different languages. When we started talking about ‘Albanian’, he said: ‘I don't even know that country, where is it?’ I told him about Albania, about the beauty of the country and the great poverty and lack of opportunities that had led many Albanians to leave their country. He listened attentively. "It's great that you've told me all this. I'll definitely take the language!"
