As part of far-reaching transformation processes in our diocese, five of us from the go4peace network set out to attend a regional conference lasting several hours. At the end of a busy week, our small group promised each other that we would be very attentive and share our experiences and our lives. Over 110 participants had gathered. Again and again, we were able to add small pieces to the mosaic of the evening's process. The next day, I felt the impulse to thank the team for the evening. A little later, I read: "Thank you so much for your feedback, which really does me good! Last week, we experienced three powerful evenings with regional events – initially somewhat daunting due to the abundance and time dimension, but then very meaningful and connecting in the experience – despite everything that has not yet been resolved and remains difficult. I think you also played a very good role. On Friday, we really succeeded more than elsewhere in not getting stuck on structural issues alone. For that, too, my sincere thanks to you!"
