In the right place at the right time!

I had forgotten my mobile phone and therefore had to go home again. Not far from my house, there was a car with two couples in it. They were looking for the address of a woman who painted portraits. I knew that she would not be able to start any new projects these days because she was overflowing with work. Interested, I asked who they wanted to have a portrait painted for. They told me that their mother had passed away and that she would be buried in three days' time. They would like to put a photo of their mum next to the coffin, but they only had a small passport photo of her. They had been turned away at a photographer's shop, so they had thought about a portrait. I looked at the passport photo and let them know that I could help them. I enlarged the photo in my office and we framed it. After an hour's work, everything was done. When the four of them asked about the price, I made them understand that I would not accept any money for this work for a deceased person. They said goodbye with tears in their eyes. They called after me: "What a gift to have met you. This encounter will still be alive in us 20 years from now."
